Pastry Joël Noyerie, MOF 86, has set up store in a pretty stone-walled boutique, conveniently located at the corner of the pedestrian street and Place de la Barre. In his candy-pink store, you'll find homemade chocolates and wonderful pastries, including the Idéal Mâconnais, which is made up, in no particular order, of a meringue pastry with almonds and praline buttercream. There's a lot of secrecy surrounding its composition and manufacture, but it's a must-taste.
