Pastry Yukiko Sakka and Sophie Sauvage have pooled their pastry-making talents in this pretty blond-wood boutique. The atmosphere is hushed and sweet, with pretty, addictive products. One is a pastry chef (sweet, fresh caramel puffs) and the other is a viennoiserie chef. The bakery range is still very small, but the rye bread is packed with flavors and textures. The boutique, which opened in December, is sure to be the talk of the town.
