Winner of the Trophée Pâtissier Normandie 2024, Myriam Guédrat offers personalized, meticulous and delicious patisserie. Following in the footsteps of her mentor Jean-François Foucher, whom she succeeded, she offers her own specialties (an excellent mirror-glazed chocolate entremets) using fruit from her own orchards and preferably local, organic produce. Also confectionery, honey and jams.
