The Miremont institution, with its distinctive yellow and anthracite façade, heralds chic and gourmet, chocolate and tradition, not forgetting the memorable macaroons. Lovely individual cakes, including some great classics (tarte citron, mont-blanc, "béret basque", "paris-biarritz"...), of course the gâteau basque, and a strong savoury section to be enjoyed in the lounge, which serves breakfast, with its viennoiseries and bacon eggs.
