Pastry In the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards, Jean Lopez has made a name for itself with Bouchon du Vigneron ®, a speciality created over thirty years ago and for which the trademark is registered and patented: it's a hazelnut macaroonade, with praline mousse and caramelized almond.
