One of the great names in Niçoise patisserie-chocolate, these superb, tasty entremets are a favorite with locals for their Sunday family cakes. Like the Dési with hazelnuts and chocolate, the Citron amandes cookie Linzer mascarpone and Madagascar vanilla or the excellent Guérande 70% dark chocolate caramel fleur de sel... Most are also available in small format, with others, and the chocolates in bonbons, ganaches and pralines illustrate the same quality.
