The temptation to enter a gourmet universe begins with curiosity, and the colors and flavors do the rest. Carré Jouvaud, a slab of chocolate with roasted almonds, Roucassons, a chocolate-covered almond palet, pot-bellied meringues, vanilla cake or the very spring-like tarte fermière where chantilly, fresh raspberries and fruit coulis make up a subtle cake.
