Master craftsman Bruno Desroses prepares the famous Montmorillon macaroons to a recipe that has remained unchanged since 1928... handed down by his predecessor, but the recipe is kept as an absolute secret. Old-fashioned bread, buttery viennoiseries and chocolates make up a range that is as successful as the personalized "pièces montées".
