Pastry As a gourmet artisan, the company is committed to manufacturing at least 80% of its products. Bruno Desroses, master craftsman, prepares the famous Montmorillon macaroons according to a recipe unchanged since 1928... handed down by his predecessor. The recipe is an absolute secret. Old-fashioned bread, buttery viennoiseries and chocolates make up a range that is as successful as the personalized "pièces montées".
