Opened in 2004, the Depuichaffray patisserie is now a classic in the Old Port. The pastry chef's creations are an undeniable success, with his ability to revisit the classics and come up with new ideas: saint-honoré, paris-brest, millefeuille with green tea and matcha, marrons, entremet macaron cookie rose, raspberry, lychee and rose cream, tarte chiboust, apple and vanilla or a pear and aniseed combination.
