Christophe D'Houwt is a culinary-trained master craftsman who places the customer at the forefront of his production, offering what he describes as "chocolaterie cuisinée". His chocolates have well-balanced flavors and beautiful coverings. The pastries are made with the same care, when the chef tries to put the dream into creations that are sometimes reminiscent of childhood.
