Gourmets are sure to find something to their liking when they stop off at the Bouyges patisserie. Everything is made on site from local ingredients. Trained as a pastry chef, Mathias Bouyges, assisted by his brother Alexandre in sales, offers classic cakes as well as his own creations, according to his inspiration and the seasons. These include Le Jeannot, a tribute to his grandfather, with chocolate mousse, creamy caramel, crispy praline and chocolate fondant cookie; L'Évasion, with raspberry mousse, Madagascar vanilla crème brûlée insert and lemon-raspberry madeleine cookie; and Suc au May, with blueberry. Also in the store, a whole range of nougats, chocolate bonbons, cookies, viennoiseries and ice creams, also homemade. And don't miss the 2025 novelty: chestnut ice cream!
