Pastry Patisserie Adam has been THE temple of the macaroon since 1660... The tradition has been carefully preserved, and the sweet little "pavé" has further enhanced its reputation. The Adam house also produces chocolates with bold aromas and velvety textures, such as the sparkling Cappucino or the Uhaine with vanilla infusion, as well as a number of pretty pastries and a touron with a variety of flavors that sublimates marzipan.
