Pascal Caffet has won numerous awards; his career has been flawless since the 1982 European Best Apprentice Competition, and he has risen through the ranks to be named World Pastry Champion... His creations are a source of great delight for every connoisseur and aspiring foodie alike: superb chocolate desserts, ice creams, macarons… Since 2022, Pascal Caffet has been working alongside Jean-Christophe Jeanson, a recipient of the Meilleur Ouvrier de France award. His fifteen years at Lenôtre have breathed new life into Caffet’s creations. The Paris-Troyes, the Sans-Doute, and the Gabriel are fine examples of this.
