Mireille Oster is a Strasbourg landmark, making gingerbread since 1933. The spirit, decoration and recipes are traditional and warm: seasonal gingerbread with lemon and ginger, liqueur, orange and candied hazelnuts, or roasted almonds, candied oranges and forest honey. Also on the shelves: couques, bredeles, confectionery and orange aiguillettes.
