This range of dark and milk chocolate is surprising. You'll find ganaches with passion fruit, vanilla, apple tatin, lime, mint and Cuban rum, Earl Grey tea and jasmine flower. Cuvées du Sourceur are delicate chocolates with different ganaches, such as Chuao, Loma sotavento, Trinidad, Madagascar fermented passion fruit or Brazil orange ganache.
