At the end of rue de Sèze, this "new" cellar has been offering an eclectic selection of old vintages and contemporary wines since 2017. This is an opportunity to discover rarer wines, such as Vieux télégraphe 2004, domaine Gerin 2003, Haut Brion 2001, château Margaux 1985... Today's winemakers are also on the shelves: domaine Saint-Cyr, Yvon Métras, Sylvain Pataille, Agnès Paquet, Chevrot, Nicolas Joly... The boutique also offers old chartreuses.
