After studying business, Vivian Jullien cut her teeth on the spot, before taking over the family business. Nougat with bursts of caramel, lavender flower, walnuts, blueberries and the regressive Tagada strawberry bar are his personal touch. Montélimar nougat, the company's flagship product, is marked by the recipe of its forefathers, with a base of all-flower honey for continuity of taste.
