Run by Bernard, a chef and charcutier by trade, coffee-shop sandwich shop Noisette is ideal for lunch breaks or gourmet moments that punctuate the day. Located on the Haussmann-style boulevard Raspail in Paris, this lunchtime address has become a must in the neighborhood. The reason? Firstly, the choice of products, and the generosity of the sandwiches, hot dogs, quiches and savoury tarts. But the star remains the chicken bagel. Not sure there'll be any left if you come too late... Here, top-of-the-range snacking lives up to all its promises in terms of taste. For a snack break, it's easy to be seduced by the mouth-watering tarts: red fruit, lemon, carrot cake, take your pick accompanied by a cappuccino or matcha latte.
