Over the years, Nicolas Léger has become the go-to pastry chef in Tours and Fondettes for both small and large appetites. We love his willingness to follow the seasons and create according to the products on offer, such as Fruit d'Instant in autumn, nectarine tarts in summer, and fraisier in spring, to which we add the unmissable Nougat de Tours, emblematic of Touraine.
