Tea shop Valérie Stalport offers over 200 teas in her little purple shop on Rue des Martyrs, and on the neo-t.fr website. Carefully selected from small producers during her travels in China and Japan, from the most common to the rarest (Chinese Long Jing or Japanese Gyokuro), from the simplest to the most refined (jasmine tea, matcha), scented or shaped (like these sculpted tea buds that unfurl in hot water).
