This mill processes only olives from the Var region, and its oil is not only certified organic but also "de Provence". The precious liquid comes in a range of flavors: Menton lemon oil (a blend of olive oil and fresh lemon) is ideal for fish, while basil oil is perfect for salads. There's something for every sauce!
