Pierre Gay, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and Damien Richardot are at the helm of this unusual space, which smells of the aforementioned product served on the premises or as a takeaway. The cheeses reflect the assertive character of their "trainers". In addition to the classics, Gruyère with black coffee or blue cheese with apricot nectar are sure to surprise and please.
