In the heart of Pont-l'Abbé, Marion and Brendan welcome you to their fine patisserie and coffee-shop, combining traditional know-how and conviviality. This passionate young couple puts Italy in the spotlight by sublimating emblematic transalpine delicacies. Highlights include a tiramisù prepared in the pure Italian tradition, which seduces with its unctuous texture and perfect balance, and Sicily, a delicious lemon meringue tart. Brendan, pastry chef for 15 years, creates his refined creations on site, using seasonal produce and authentic flavors. Mocha blanc is committed to using local produce, and works with the roaster Le Café qui fume, in Auray, to concoct specialities such as... Mocha blanc, a double espresso made from white chocolate with a creamy milk foam, or a famous pistachio cappuccino. Dishes for lunch or Sunday brunch are prepared in the same spirit: homemade and seasonal. Takeaway or eat-in, Mocha Blanc's creations always put a smile on your face. Open every day except Wednesday: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 6pm, Saturday from 10am to 5pm and Sunday from 9am to 1pm.
