Brewer Located in the Villa Weber, north of Strasbourg, Michel Debus's micro-brewery produces traditional Alsatian beer. Six cuvées are available, including the classic Storig blond made with Alsatian Strisselspalt hops, Bavarde amber, Girig white, Schilig blond lager, Roukine, Mielleuse... All of which can be tasted at Michel Debus' restaurant. For visits, please make a reservation on the brewery's website.
