Brewer
Located in Villa Weber, north of Strasbourg, Michel Debus's microbrewery produces traditional Alsatian beer. Six cuvées are on offer: "La Storig", a classic blond made with Alsatian Strisselspalt hops, "La Bavarde", an amber, "La Girig", a white, as well as "La Schilig", a blond Lager, "La Roukine", "La Mielleuse"... Of course, all these beers can be tasted at Michel Debus' restaurant. For visits, remember to make a reservation on the brewery's website.
