A passionate couple: Max, a pastry chef trained in the restaurant trade, and his partner, Marie, from the hotel business, decided to settle in the heart of Annonay to take over an emblematic pastry shop founded in 1923. Together, they perpetuate a generous and tasty pastry, made from carefully selected French raw materials. Max combines technique and sensitivity to offer authentic flavors that are well known to customers, stirring up fond memories of childhood. Our flagship specialties include: pâté en croûte, tarte de voyage with its hot-air balloon, succès, fromage, flan pâtissier, babas au rhum and many more desserts to discover! The holidays, too, are celebrated in sweet style with the famous pantins, Easter lamb and spring bugnes. At Christmas, traditional log rolls, babets and homemade marrons glacés are just waiting to be savored! A delicacy to be savoured with the seasons, on the premises or to take away, always in a spirit of warmth and sharing with each customer.
