Just outside town, Stéphan Charmasson cultivates his fruit trees biodynamically and produces excellent organic fruit juices, cider, compotes, nectars (kiwi, peach, pear...) and vinegars. Our apple juices come in a variety of pure tastes, depending on the variety chosen (granny, reinette, chantecler, royal gala...).
