The business has been in existence since 1946, and Benoît now represents the third generation of Marty charcutiers. In his store, he offers traditional charcuterie, as well as a butcher's department and delivery of ready-made meals. The people of Bergerac come to his store in particular for his high-quality specialties: boudins, grattons de porc, andouilles de couenne, rillettes de canard... You can also order from him his home-made preserved foies gras du Périgord (available all over France).
