Brewer The brewery produces beers under the Coulobre brand, which means "snake" in Occitan. It was a winged monster that drank water from the Dordogne. If you're really thirsty, you don't have to empty the river. The easiest way is to choose one of the 4 beers brewed here (with more to come), in particular the Bergerac Pale Ale, with its pronounced bitterness and subtle fruity notes, or the South West Brown Ale, light in alcohol and with notes of caramel, coffee and chocolate.
