Gault&Millau's review

Brewer The brewery produces beers under the Coulobre brand ("couleuvre", in Occitan). It was a winged monster that drank water from the Dordogne. If you're really thirsty, you don't have to empty the river. The easiest way is to choose one of the beers brewed here, in particular the "Bergerac Pale Ale", with its pronounced bitterness and subtle fruity notes, or the "South West Brown Ale", light in alcohol and with notes of caramel, coffee and chocolate. Available to order by phone. You can also find them in organic stores, grocery stores and wineries around Bergerac.
