Gelateria Martine Lambert, a native of Normandy, knows how to choose the right flavors. Wild blackberry, grapefruit and pieces of candied ginger; vanilla and chocolate flakes; or marguerite - rice pudding - apple-cinnamon, all combine wonderfully. The rue Clerc boutique is an excellent Parisian showcase, with a friendly welcome, so don't hesitate to indulge in a moment of Norman freshness!
