From his Normandy cattle ranch beneath the apple trees to his vegetable farming and cider-making, everything is interconnected at Pierre Lecœur’s farm. A love of good things, simple things. And common sense. The synergy between the planted, living, and built elements of his heritage. And this virtuous cycle is reflected on the shelves of his farm store. Cider, apple juice, sparkling apple juice, cider brandy, cider vinegar, as well as soups, gazpachos, compotes, and pears in syrup—all come from the estate’s orchard and vegetable garden and are sold under the Manoirs & Terroirs du Pays d’Auge brand. Enjoy them in the shop (open Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and by appointment) or on the terrace at the Manoir des Quatre Nations, before or after a game of old-fashioned croquet on a dedicated court or a stroll. Pierre Lecœur also offers charming accommodations in this unspoiled Pays d’Auge setting: at the “homey” mill, at the Manoir de la Petite Ferme in the heart of the marshes, or at the guesthouse of the Manoir des Quatre Nations, which is undergoing a complete renovation and set to open in January 2027.
