Bakery Mamiche is an address you'd like to see right in front of your own apartment building. Victoria Effantin and Cécile Khayat, two well-educated go-getters (one with a bakery diploma and a master's degree in international business from the Ecole de Commerce, the other with a pastry diploma and a master's degree in management specializing in entrepreneurship), have come up with the perfect layout. The boutique is small but bursting with nuggets, and not just chocolates! Brioche cannelle (golden, caramelized and ultra-tasty), pain chocolat made from pain chocolaté and chocolate chips (dense and full-flavored)... Vegetable tartlet... the puff pastry and pasta are great, and the bread well cared for.
