Gourmandise is a nice challenge! If you like your cakes crunchy and fluffy and unlike anything you've ever tasted, run to Mama Café, the tea room-coffee shop run by Yasmine, who has turned her teenage passion for cakes into a thriving business! A young, enthusiastic pastry chef, she set up shop in Nantes a few months ago with her unique creations. Sharing her know-how and good humor in a convivial setting where everyone can find not only unique combinations of flavors and textures, but also real comfort: this is Yasmine's successful gamble. This artist of taste is particularly adept at creating flaky wonders from croissant dough: "Mama roulés", similar to the famous New-York rolls, topped with cinnamon, pistachio and many other flavors, or "Bliss", topped with revisits of desserts (crème brûlée, cheesecake, tiramisu...). The menu also includes sandwiches, soups and salads, not to mention a fine selection of hot drinks, coffees and inspired teas! On-site and/or takeaway. Open Tuesday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
