Pastry An artisanal, family-run business in a quiet corner of the 16th arrondissement. Virginie Malitourne took over from her father, and now runs the business with Pascal Laversin. The chocolates, made on site, are renowned. As are the large-format cakes and some of the catered dishes, which change from week to week.
