Pastry On the corner of Place Richelme, a pastry shop-tea room full of gourmet delights where the people of Aix flock all day long, from the morning coffee croissant, to the excellent viennoiserie, the small lunchtime snack (a very good croque saumon the other day) and the evening cakes. We love all the preparations, chocolates and confectionery, especially the calissons.
