Gault&Millau's review

Pastry In this gourmet city of Aix, everyone has their supporters, and Weibel has many. The decor is as beautiful as a Jacques Demy film, with its pastel tones, and regulars line up for a viennoiserie, a cake or calissons, and more often than not for a pastry in the salon. All the classics in entremets, house specialties like l'Aixois, calisson mousse, creamy vine peach and roasted apricot u l'Alliance, chocolate and raspberry.
