For the people of Rouen today, this is the true successor to Roland from forty years ago: in the same location, on the corner of Place des Carmes, with the same buzz and the same enthusiasm for the Vatelier brand—even if the times and the specialties have changed. There’s no single standout item here, but the quality is consistently high across the entire lineup—from pastries to chocolates to Viennese pastries. Another shop on the corner of the Vieux Marché is Bouche Bée.
