The little house in Quincampoix has become big, and practically the most highly-rated in the city. In a strategic location, on the corner of Place des Carmes, where the mythical Roland once stood, Benoît Vatelier now treats the people of Rouen without them having to climb the Côte de Neufchâtel. All pastries are recommended, especially the chocolate ones, and the famous caramel beurre salé tart created by Benoît Vatelier.
