A little paradise for gourmets, a recognized and classic house whose large-format pastries brighten up Sunday meals, such as the raspberry passion tart or the chocolate pear charlotte. The classics are tasty: mont-blanc, paris-brest, éclair, millefeuille, with stunning creations such as Belcanto or crêpe Corinthe. Viennoiserie is also recommended: raisin bread, financier, kouglof, cannelé... Other sure values include "Capitole bricks" or small rum babas from Stohrer.
