On the corner of avenue Carnot and avenue de Paris, the Pilati patisserie is a fixture on the Roanne landscape, family-run since 1960. Today, Fabrice and Anaïs Fernandes run the business, perpetuating their savoir-faire in a setting that exudes tradition and history, with its beautiful painted and molded wood, and its display cases showcasing the company's specialties. We recommend the chocolates, of course, but also the desserts, cakes, marrons glacés and fruit jellies.
