On the corner of avenue Carnot and avenue de Paris, the Pilati patisserie is a fixture on the Roanne landscape, family-run since 1960. Now run by Dominique Pilati, the patisserie perpetuates its savoir-faire in a setting that exudes tradition and history, with its beautiful painted and molded wood, and its display cases showcasing the house's specialties. We recommend the chocolates, of course, but also the desserts, cakes, marrons glacés and fruit jellies.
