Bakery After Saint-Sulpice-de-Royan, Audrey and Adrien have opened a new bakery-patisserie where tradition and gourmet delights meet. Here, every loaf tells a story, crafted with passion and exceptional flours, such as Festive, a Label Rouge flour made from French wheat. Speciality breads with petit épeautre, rye sourdough or petit épeautre with fruit enrich the offer alongside the inevitable crusty baguettes. As for hazelnut and fig bread, it's the star of the weekend and of the shop window, just like the viennoiseries! On the pastry side, Adrien sublimates choux pastry with his gourmet creations: Religieuse, Paris-Brest and a high-flying éclair beurre salé caramel maison! And let's not forget the refined entremets and seasonal tarts, like the one with local strawberries.
