Pastry At the corner of Rue des Orfèvres and Rue du Chaudron, Naegel is the epitome of regional gourmandise, the superb store of a renowned pastry chef and caterer. Everything is beautiful and tasty, from choux pastries and tarts to chocolatés (the three-rivières with its three-chocolate mousses), Forêt-Noire, Mikado and strawberry roulé, as well as excellent cakes and kougelhopf, not forgetting pork-butchery with the famous Naegel tourte and pâté en croûte.
