Pastry Maison Naegel is a dapper old lady, now run by Pierre Naegel, the 3rd generation of master pastry chefs in the family. This pastry chef-caterer combines innovation and tradition in his pastries (beautiful saint-honoré, remarkable paris-brest), chocolates, ice creams, macaroons, viennoiseries (kougelhopf, raisin braid...) and cakes (the Montebello, a pistachio cake with raspberry fondant, is a real favorite). Nice catering department.
