Butchery Opened in 1991 and now run by the son, the Morizot butcher's shop has established itself as one of Dole's top references for meats, offering cuts from the finest sources. The charcuterie is also well worth a visit, especially the pavé dolois. We also recommend the catered dishes: gratin, lasagne, roast chicken, ratatouille, desserts..
