Since 2023, Elsa has been delighting the palates of Niort's most demanding gourmets. Elsa's famous boutique, open around the clock, offers a range of chocolates from the workshop of the inimitable Master Chocolatier Michel Huvelin, whose company was founded in 1963. Handcrafted delights made the old-fashioned way, in the purest expression of tradition. You'll also find, in this den of gustatory pleasures, confections selected from all over France for their excellence, such as fruit jellies, salted butter caramels and calissons. Finally, you can enjoy irresistible variations on angelica, the ultimate emblem of the Marais Poitevin, also from the Huvelin workshops: in the form of liqueur, jam, nougats, syrup and much more.
