Gault&Millau's review

Bakery After closing their store on Boulevard de la Liberté, the Malaterres have been able to take advantage of this beautiful space in the covered market for the past six years. The shelves are spacious, the breads well displayed, and the viennoiseries are a delight for morning shoppers. To be tasted, the baguette aveyronnaise, the small spelt with organic flour as well as the wholemeal bread.
