A well-deservedly renowned shop, with well-stocked meat and deli sections, and a wide variety of regional and house-made specialties. Beef and veal from the Meuse, pork from the Ardennes, as well as “Noir de Bigorre” beef, Label Rouge poultry, sausages and dry-cured sausages, terrines and pâtés, Lorraine-style meat pie, and a wide variety of prepared dishes. The shop also has a presence at regional markets, including the one in Verdun.
