Sonya Jarry has been established in the region for over twenty years, and her inventiveness has remained intact. With her team, she prepares cakes that follow the seasons. Pavlova with fresh fruit, rum babas, assortments of grand cru chocolates, hazelnut and caramel fillings... and ice creams, with flavors to please both the blasé and the curious: fleur de lait, honey, banana, curry-coconut, black truffle, black pudding... or more traditional passion or morello cherry sorbets.
