Their specialties include pâtés en croûte, Lorraine pâtés, pork pie, foie gras, stuffed duck neck, and—when in season—quail pithiviers and hare à la royale. A selection of charcuterie and cheeses from all over France is also available in the shop, along with delicious spices from Cambodia. Every dish is made with ingredients sourced from local farms and market gardens, except for the ducks, which are raised in the Gers. The caterers prioritize farms that adhere to an ethical code ensuring high-quality products. Every day, the restaurant offers a “Fresh from the Market” menu featuring a starter, main course, and dessert. Thibault and Théo are here to assist you with any catering needs—from cocktail receptions to full-service dining and delivery of festive menus—and will use their creativity to make your events unforgettable.
