Fine grocery Dominique Ferrero has created boulevard Madame-Mère, a unique place where refinement is the order of the day. A fine representation of Corsican terroir, but not only: fresh or preserved products such as bear garlic soup from Fleuriet, vegetable preserves from Appert, a skillful selection of Corsican and Italian wines, Bonnat chocolates, peppers and spices from Comptoir des Poivres, as well as traditional cheeses and charcuterie... a more classic grocery section with rusks, made by France's last artisanal biscotti maker, or pasta, produced in a short circuit by farmers, the Mancini family.
