Butchery The Fermaut family, in business since 1946, has always been motivated by the search for the right product. Malo-les-Bains, Dunkerque and Teteghem all bear the stamp of these zealous craftsmen. In Teteghem, the production laboratory for 3 sales outlets is located on a large plot of land. Blanc bleu quality butcher's products, foie gras specialties, oxtail terrine, old-fashioned pork confits, terrine, a range of catering products for festive occasions... all reveal a meticulous production process.
