In Téteghem, the production laboratory, which distributes three sales outlets, is located on a large plot of land. Blanc Bleu quality butcher's products, foie gras specialties, oxtail terrine, old-fashioned pork confits, terrine, a range of catering products for festive occasions... all reveal a meticulous production process.
