It's hard to resist this neighborhood butcher's shop, now a member of the CNCT, with its spit-roasted chickens. Prepared dishes such as boeuf bourguignon for a simple day of the week, and buffet dishes for the big "D", when land and sea come together in serious compositions for buffets, hot or cold aperitifs...
