Jean-Philippe Dulac, who has been based in Montélimar for the past ten years, now has a second boutique in a chic, modern setting. Having worked for Pic and Valrhona, he produces quality products with well-balanced flavours. Generously garnished bars (almonds, pistachios...), macaroons, petits fours, marshmallows and iced desserts for fine weather, all follow the same rigorous preparation.
