An eloquent showcase for Côte Chalonnaise wine production. Nearly 80 vintages are on offer, representing all the appellations of the vineyard, including generic wines. The space is well laid out for visitors, and different tasting formulas are available, from 5 to 7 wines, accompanied by gougères.
